The second part of my experience at Sword confronted me with tense missions. I had to enforce myself as lead developer (2 - 7 people teams) and work on human aspects while strengthening my technical and functional skills.

Technical environment: .NET, VB.Net, Winforms, Oracle, SQL Server, ASP.Net MVC, DDD and CQRS patterns, SASS / LESS, Bootstrap, Azure, Scrum.
Roles: Customer relationship, collection and analysis of needs, design, development, deployment, maintenance, management of development teams.
